Every number on one bill
Our fixed-cost pricing includes flight training in excess of FAA minimums: a realistic amount of training for most pilots, not a best-case brochure number. Logged flight times may still vary slightly with checkride times and other considerations.
The costs that are not part of your fixed price are all here, next to the numbers that are.

The entire program, add-ons included, can be financed through our lending partner. How financing works
If you stop, you get your money back
The First Milestone Guarantee
Start training with no commitment and no financial risk. Your first milestone is about 20 hours of flight time. If you choose to discontinue training for any reason before it, you only pay for the flight time you actually logged, at the discounted rate of $200 per flight hour, and additional payments may be refunded.
Very few flight schools or academies offer this level of protection. It exists so your first 20 hours can answer the only question that matters, whether this career is for you, without your savings riding on the answer.
After your first milestone
Should you or CFII decide to discontinue training, you (or a designated lending source) are eligible for a pro-rated refund, issued within 15 days following program termination.
Our refund policy is built to accommodate students who elect to discontinue the program quickly, for any reason. Getting your refund expeditiously matters: you may need the funds to continue your flight training at another school, repay a loan, or cover emergency needs.
What we expect from each other
Class date changes, attendance expectations and enrollment deposits are covered during enrollment and spelled out in your enrollment agreement. Two policies matter enough to publish here.
Student preparedness policy
You must arrive well-prepared for each lesson. That means all reading assignments complete, all videos watched, and all home study work done before you walk in. Nine months only works if every hour in the airplane builds on hours of preparation outside it.
Lesson no-show and late cancellation policy
CFII imposes a fee for tardiness, lack of preparation, and cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled lesson.
If you are scheduled for a simulator lesson or flight training event and weather or maintenance become a factor, you are still expected to arrive on time for training. Your instructor will decide the appropriate course of action, which may include substituting the planned lesson with another suited to the conditions.
We understand that extenuating circumstances do occur, and we allow exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion. Any time your account incurs a cancellation fee, payment must be received before further training will be scheduled.

Now you know what you are buying.
The $89,000 program, the optional $15,000 Work with us add-on, the fees that go straight to the FAA examiner, and a refund policy that lets you walk away. Questions? Create your account and ask us anything.
