Requirements
- Must be a member of The Ninety-Nines.
- Training can be a new certificate, a new rating or proficiency work such as instrument, seaplane, tailwheel, mountain flying or aerobatics.
- Student pilots working on a private certificate can apply.
- The essay is limited to 500 words.
- You need a letter of recommendation from your chapter chair.
- You must show the total cost of training and how you will pay the rest.

- Write the 500 word essay about your goals and Patty Mitchell.
- Ask your chapter chair for a letter of recommendation.
- Add proof of written or practical tests and your cost breakdown.
- Send the packet in by the March due date.
