Requirements
- The award goes to a female pilot.
- You must be working on an initial flight instructor certificate or a new rating on your instructor certificate.
- Be a WAI member by August 30, 2026, with a membership that runs to March 30, 2027, or later.
How to apply
- Join or renew your WAI membership before the membership cutoff.
- Read the scholarship description in the WAI scholarship listings.
- Put together two recommendation letters, a 500 word essay, a resume, and copies of your certificates and last three logbook pages.
- Submit the application through the WAI online portal before the deadline.
